Open Wednesday to Friday during term time, our eh15 Restaurant, is where our Professional Cookery and Hospitality students learn their craft.
Serving to the general public, our students cook and serve under the guidance of trained professionals ensuring that they deliver a high-quality service and leave the College ready to work in some of the top restaurants and catering venues across the country.
Our students work with the finest ingredients and fresh local produce to create exciting new menus every week.

eh15 is open Wednesday - Friday, with lunch and dinner menus available on different days.
We are a training restaurant and have limited times available for booking. Once booked into a certain time slot you may enjoy your meal until closing time. We also accept walk-ins at the allocated booking times.
Choose from a two or three-course lunch from Wednesday to Friday or a seven-course dinner at eh15 on Thursdays.
Lunches and dinners are prepared by our Professional Cookery and Hospitality students who produce high-quality dishes perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable lunch or evening meal.
