How the course is assessed
Each subject will have different evidence requirements and assessment approaches.
- Open Book.
- Exam – Closed-book, controlled.
- Project-based assessments.
Number of days per week
- 2 days per week on campus and 1 day per week self-study.
Entry requirements
- One relevant Higher at Grade C or above and a minimum of four National 5s at Grade C or above in relevant subjects. These must include English and Maths, or equivalents; relevant subjects include Business, Maths, English, RMPS, Social, and science-based subjects.
Or
- Relevant National Qualifications Group Award at SCQF level 6 or above
- Completion of the NPA L6 Legal Services Course.
Applicants will be considered on an individual basis, taking into account qualifications, experience and potential to succeed on the programme.
