Standing Orders 

The Edinburgh College Board of Management Standing Orders were approved by the Board on 26 September 2023 and will apply to all meetings of the Board and its committees. 

Membership 

The Board consists of 20 members, which include

• the Regional Chair
• the Principal
• the Chief Executive Officer
• 12 Non-Executive Members
• two staff members (support and lecturing)
• two nominated trade union members (EIS-FELA and Unison)
• two student members 

Upcoming Meetings 

The Board of Management is scheduled to meet on the following dates in the academic year 2024/25: 

• 26 September 2024 
• 10 December 2024 
• 25 March 2025 
• 10 June 2025

Agendas, selected papers and approved minutes from meetings of the Edinburgh College Board of Management. Papers are published in line with the Edinburgh College publication scheme. Where appropriate, documents published elsewhere will be linked to from the agenda (see exemption s25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002). In cases where further FOI exemptions have been applied a note of clarification will be added to the appropriate agenda.
