English Language Courses – Available All Year
Our English Language courses run throughout the year.
Early Bird Discounts
Get a 10% discount on course fees when you book and pay a deposit before:
- 1 June for courses starting in September
- 1 October for courses starting in January
- 1 January for courses starting in April
- 1 April for courses starting in July and August (including Summer School)

Year-Round English Language Programme (2024-25)
Choose to study for 12, 24, or 44 weeks.

Start dates are available every Monday from 30 June to 11 August 2025. Summer School can be booked for 2-8 weeks

Prices are per week. There are no registration or booking fees.

Accommodation and Meals
Edinburgh College offers homestay accommodation for our international students.
- Single room, half-board £200 per week
- Shared room, half-board £170 per week
- Single room, self-catering £170 per week
- Christmas Holiday and Summer School Supplement* £25 per week
*Applicable during the 8-week Summer School period and 2-week Christmas holidays.
Weekday lunches in the college cafeteria are available for an additional £35 per week.
Transfers and Transport
Our International Team can arrange airport transfers and local transport passes for our international students. Airport transfers on arrival include an Edinburgh College staff member to meet students at the airport. Local transport passes include travel on Edinburgh buses and trams.
