Course overview
A Personal Licence is issued to an individual and authorises them to sell or authorise the sale of alcohol. It is a legal requirement for anyone who wishes to be named as the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) on a Premises Licence.

How the course is assessed
- This is a one-day course with an exam at the end.
- To pass the BIIAB Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders, you must score at least 28 of the 40 questions correctly. The pass mark for the personal licence exam is 70%.
Number of days per week
- 1x day per week, along with prior study ofthe course (BIIAB book will be sent to you 2 weeks in advance).
