Course overview
This course will allow you to gain practical experience and theoretical knowledge of sports and fitness activities at the entry-level. You will be introduced to several sporting disciplines, along with a focus on improving your fitness. This course would be ideal for you if you have an interest in sport and fitness and would like to gain more experience in this area.
What you will learn
You will learn basic skills in a number of sporting activities and how to apply methods that improve personal fitness.
Placement information
Although placement experience is not offered within this course, there will be opportunity at higher levels of study.

You will be assessed through a variety of methods including written work, logbooks and practical tasks.
