Course overview
This one-day course covers the Water Byelaws 2014 (Scotland) and meets the requirements of WRAS (the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme), of which many UK water companies are members. Training and Assessment are carried out in the centre which usually lasts one day. However, some independent studying before attending will be required.
What you will learn
- The course is for anyone requiring an understanding of water byelaws. In particular, those wishing to become approved plumbers/contractors.
- The manual contains the requirements to meet the 12 byelaws as individual modules.
How the course is assessed
- Completion of a theory assessment consisting of short answer and multiple-choice questions.
